Holly Kimsey Evans, Team Leader

Holly’s life story follows the quintessential American dream: from a single, teen mom to a thriving business woman with a goal of creating generational wealth for her family and future lines of her three daughters. Holly moved to the Charlotte area in 2006 where she began building her Real Estate empire with the help of a driven and dedicated team of agents. Holly values communication, respect, and transparency within the Kimsey Evans Team. She utilizes these same values when leading her team to hone their skills of client care. She endeavors to make the home-buying and home-selling process as stress-free as possible for all clients: “You focus on the dream, we’ll take care of the stress.”

Deanna Evans, Team Leader

Deanna fell in love with the vibrancy of Charlotte and made it her home after living throughout various areas of North Carolina. In 2006, she left the professional sports arena to launch her Real Estate career. Deanna notes that selling homes has a lot in common with playing sports: “You always keep an eye open for changes in the field. There is a need for teamwork and good communication.
